Issue: Cannot Connect to Server (Connection Timed Out)
- Check Your Own Connection: Try to visit another website to ensure your own internet is working.
- Check from an External Location: Use a tool like downforeveryoneorjustme.com or ping.pe to test your server's IP address. This will tell you if the issue is global or just related to your location.
- Check the Client Area: Log in to the VPS-SERVER HOST client area. We will post any known network or hardware issues there.
- Try the VNC Console: Access the (Link to: Using the VNC Console|VNC Console not found) from the client area. If you can see a login prompt, the server is running but may have a network configuration issue. If the console is blank or shows errors, the server itself has a problem.
- Open a Support Ticket: If you've gone through these steps and are still having issues, (Link to: How to Open a Support Ticket|open a ticket not found) with as much detail as you can provide.
