What Happens with Overdue Payments
As per our Terms of Service, failure to pay any fees due is considered a material breach of your agreement with VPS-SERVER HOST.
Our Process
- Invoice Generation: Invoices are generated prior to the due date.
- Payment Reminders: We send several reminder emails as the due date approaches.
- Service Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately and without prior notice for failure to make payment on time.
- Data Deletion: Following termination for non-payment, all data on the server will be permanently deleted.
To avoid service interruption, please ensure your payment information is up to date and that all invoices are paid promptly.
