Keeping your contact information up to date is crucial for account security and billing notifications.
How to Update Your Details
- Log in to your client area.
- In the top-right corner, click on your name, then Account Details.
- Here you can update your name, address, and company name.
Managing Contacts/Sub-Accounts
You can add additional contacts (e.g., for a developer or billing department) under Account > Contacts/Sub-Accounts. You can give them specific permissions, such as the ability to view invoices or open support tickets.
