How to Close Your Account
If you wish to close your account with us, you must first cancel all active services.
Cancellation Process
- Log in to your client area.
- Navigate to Services > My Services.
- For each active service, click on it and select the Request Cancellation option. Choose "Immediate" or "End of Billing Period".
- Once all services have been cancelled and there are no outstanding invoices, you can open a support ticket to request the closure of your account.
Account closure will result in the permanent deletion of all your personal data from our systems.
