Service Level Agreement (SLA) Explained
At VPS-SERVER HOST, we strive to maintain the highest level of service availability as defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
What is an SLA?
An SLA is our promise to you regarding the uptime and availability of our network and services.
Remedy for Service Interruptions
As per our Terms of Service, in the event of a service interruption that is covered by the terms of our SLA, your sole and exclusive remedy will be in the form of service credits applied to your account.
- Service credits are calculated based on the duration of the downtime and the cost of your affected service.
- Monetary refunds are not provided for SLA-related events; instead, a credit is applied to your account for future use.
This policy allows us to focus on restoring service as quickly as possible while providing fair compensation for any covered interruptions.
